Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Tinkari platform operated by Tinkari Software Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tinkari, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of the Platform

Tinkari grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You must not misuse the platform or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription Plans and Licensing

Tinkari is licensed on a per-user-token basis. Each individual granted access to any Tinkari application consumes one user-token from your organisation's subscription.

The Solo plan is licensed for use by a single named individual only. Login credentials issued under a Solo subscription may not be shared with, or used by, more than one person. Each individual requiring access to Tinkari must have their own account and consume their own user-token under an appropriate plan (Solo, or a Pro subscription with sufficient token capacity).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of this section, including accounts showing a pattern of use inconsistent with a single individual (for example, concurrent access from multiple distinct users or locations inconsistent with ordinary individual use).

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Tinkari Software Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinkari Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
